The amazing thing is that he still had a good voice even if he did mix songs up. We were playing at merseycats and Chris sang Hound Dog, then we went into Matchbox, but half way through we suddenly realised Chris had gone back into Hound Dog, We did Needles and Pins that night . I will treasure that moment, I have it on video and it is the last live ever performance of Chris Curtis and I was behind him playing drums, to me a Magic Moment backing one of my heroes. I would like to honour my dad James Arthur Davies who died the week of 4th July 2007 aged 87, he has a been a great inspiration to me for many years and even managed my first band the Pressure Points, we didn't have a phone but he used to do his business in the phone box on the end of our street and even the neighbours used to come and tell my dad there was a phone call for him. He always encouraged me to better myself as a musician and a sportsman. I will miss as he was always there for me
Farewell Dad you were great and I loved you
If I have Missed anyone please contact me,
