Billy is more known as a local radio Disc Jockey, but Billy started out as a group singer, having been front line vocalist with the Merseybeats for 6 months, he also found a bit fame as a panelist on Thank Your lucky Stars with I'll give it foive girl Janice Nicholls.  Billy but the Tuxedos together, but left them when Bob Wooler offered him a place at the Cavern as his new DJ.  Billy has put together a few times the Tuxedos which he christened The Worst band in the World, but far from that he has had at times Billy kinsley , Kenny Parry as part time members.
