 My Favourite Drummers

My First drumming  influence

was

Barry (Basher)Robinson

I went with a mate Jimmy Wright  to watch The Excerts practice in the back garden of the lead guitarists John Hodgson in Harland Green, Speke.  Basher played the number that I am Known for now "Wipeout" people thought I pinched it from the Surfaris, No it was from Basher Robinson.  And When I first got a set of drums, Basher came around to my house, and we set the drums up in the garage, and he gave me my first and only lesson. Basher went on later to play with The Kop and The Almost Blues.
